Where we deliver

We currently ship exclusively within the United Kingdom, covering England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Delivery costs

We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £75. For orders under £75, a flat delivery charge of £6.95 applies.

Handling & dispatch times

• Handling time: orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• Delivery time: estimated 3–5 business days in transit after dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation with tracking details when available, so you can follow your delivery. You can also check the latest status using our Track Your Order page.

If your delivery is delayed

Occasionally a delivery may take a little longer than estimated. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected window, please check your tracking information first.

If your order arrives damaged

If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@desktechstudio.shop with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as we can.

If your order doesn’t arrive

If your order doesn’t arrive and tracking shows no movement, please get in touch. We’ll raise it with the carrier on your behalf and work to resolve it — either by locating your parcel or arranging a replacement or refund.
